Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 24, 2024
By accessing the PR Media digital infrastructure, utilizing our proprietary Narrative Intelligence tools, or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our platform.
1. Services Rendered
PR Media provides digital authority architecture, including but not limited to:
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Mathematical restructuring of online brand presence to influence AI LLM summaries.
- Crisis Command: Active threat listening, reputation neutralization, and Dark Site deployment.
- Media Relations: High-domain authority securements and data-led thought leadership syndication.
All services are executed on a best-effort basis governed by the volatility of algorithmic search engines and global media cycles. While we guarantee strategic execution, we cannot legally guarantee specific mathematical outcomes in subjective AI models.
2. Intellectual Property & Narrative Assets
All methodologies, frameworks (including our "Messenger Effect" and "Lifecycle of a Story" models), source code, and strategic intelligence provided on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of PR Media.
Clients retain full ownership of their brand assets and the final approved content distributed on their behalf. However, the proprietary deployment strategies remain owned by PR Media.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Inherent to the nature of Crisis Command and advanced PR strategy, PR Media operates under strict confidentiality protocols. By submitting an RFP or "Audit Request," both parties default into a mutual agreement to protect proprietary operational data.
4. Acceptable Use of Digital Assets
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer the interactive 3D WebGL architectures ("Narrative City") deployed on this site.
- Scrape, datamine, or algorithmically extract the Co-Citation network maps or ROI Dashboard formulas.
- Attempt to bypass the interaction restrictions (right-click disabling, drag-prevention) placed on the official PR Media Logo asset.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PR Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international corporate law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
